Talend was on a mission to place phrases to what had been essentially undefinable qualities of its model and tradition. What its folks advertising group, led by World Individuals Advertising and marketing Supervisor Jonathan Hehir, uncovered was the significance of tradition, range, and company-wide EVP stewardship.
Why Tradition Is Key
“It’s powerful for candidates to actually perceive what their subsequent enterprise seems like and the kind of tradition they’re inquisitive about,” Hehir says. “I can perceive why candidates after they’re their job search, are behaving extra like customers. Everybody’s edging for that little little bit of consideration.”
